Cedrick Vinoya recently attended the Arctic Youth Conference in Tromsø, Norway, organized by Arctic Council, representing Beyond Borders Youth Network. The conference focused on critical topics such as youth mental health, engagement, and climate change. It was a great experience engaging in discussions with Arctic parliamentarians and fellow young leaders.
